Refund and Cancellation Policy


If you have received a damaged or wrong product, we have 2-days replacement policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

To be eligible for replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start replacement, you can contact us at or send a message on WhatsApp. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange the pickup from your location. Items sent back to us without first requesting the replacement will not be accepted.

Refunds / Cancellation

We do not provide refund for any of our products once the order is delivered. We only provide replacement of the product in case you receive damaged product. 

If you cancel the order during transit time, there is Rs. 300 cancellation fee charged and you get the remaining amount paid once we receive the item back to us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
